ea666 Terms & Conditions — The Rules That Govern Your Account and Use of the Platform

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and ea666 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the ea666 platform at ea666.lat, including all games, betting services, account features, promotions, and customer support services available on the platform.

By registering an account on ea666, accessing the platform, placing any bet, or claiming any bonus, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. ea666 reserves the right to conduct identity and age verification checks at any point in the account lifecycle. Failure to provide adequate verification documentation when requested may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions until verification is complete.

Each player may hold only one registered account on ea666. • You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (mobile number and password). ea666 will never ask for your password in any form of communication, including customer support chat, email, or SMS. • You must notify ea666 customer support immediately if you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, that unauthorised access to your account has occurred, or that your registered mobile number has been ported, cloned, or otherwise transferred without your consent.
• All activity conducted through your account — including bets placed, deposits made, withdrawals requested, and bonuses claimed — is your sole responsibility. ea666 will not be liable for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised account access where the player failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials.
• Account details including your registered mobile number, name, and date of birth may not be changed without completing an identity verification process as directed by ea666. Name changes to match a different individual are not permitted under any circumstances.
• ea666 reserves the right to suspend any account pending verification where there are reasonable grounds to suspect that the account is being operated by or on behalf of an ineligible person, including a minor or a previously suspended player.

Providing forged or altered documentation constitutes fraud and will result in permanent account closure and referral to relevant authorities.

ea666 processes all deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the supported Bangladesh mobile financial services listed on the platform. No currency conversion is applied at any stage of a transaction. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts for each payment method are displayed in the account cashier and are subject to change with notice.

• Deposits are credited to your ea666 balance immediately upon successful confirmation from the relevant mobile financial service. ea666 is not responsible for delays caused by network issues, planned or unplanned maintenance by bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or any other payment service provider.

In the event of a conflict between official and unofficial sources, the official governing body's result prevails.

ea666 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to supporting players who may be experiencing gambling-related difficulties. The platform provides all registered players with access to the following responsible gaming tools, which can be activated directly from the account settings page at any time:

ea666 reserves the right to determine in its sole and reasonable discretion whether a player's conduct constitutes a breach of this section. The standard of proof applied is the balance of probabilities. Players who dispute an account closure decision on grounds of prohibited conduct may submit a formal complaint to customer support within 30 days of the closure notification.

ea666 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time. Suspension or termination may be temporary or permanent depending on the nature and severity of the circumstances giving rise to the action. The following are non-exhaustive examples of circumstances that may lead to account suspension or termination:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to the prohibited conduct listed in Section 8, failure to pass identity or age verification, or providing false registration information.
• A player's voluntary request to close their account, including requests made as part of a self-exclusion programme. Players who request voluntary account closure are entitled to withdraw any verified real-money balance in their account before closure is finalised, subject to standard verification and withdrawal processing requirements.

Bonus balances are forfeited upon account closure in all circumstances.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any platform content without the express prior written consent of ea666. Unauthorised use of platform content may constitute copyright infringement and will be pursued accordingly.

ea666 collects, processes, and stores player personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms you also accept the Privacy Policy. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of an amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
